Research - into areas which are impacting on individual, team or organisational performance.
Development - of bespoke and tailored initiatives, including for example, programmes, workshops, courses, outdoor events, 1:1coaching sessions, outdoor events, or any number of other possibilities to address identified issues or opportunities.
Assessment - of individual, team, department or organisational performance, where this is positively aligned to an equal commitment to performance improvement.
Cutural Change - within teams, departments and organisations
Coaching - typically at an individual 1:1level, although this can also form part of a more general involvement within or across teams
Mentoring - typically at an individual level
Career Coaching and Advice - at all levels and typically on a 1:1 basis
Redundancy Support - either on a 1:1 or small group basis, and suppported by our developing online initiatives.
Personality Profiling - typically at midle management and executive levels but available regardless of orgaisational level.
In - House Training Delivery - we are able to run a range of 1/2 day, 1 day or many other programmes of significantly longer duration in order to satisfy our clients' many and varied requirements, and we welcome the opportunity to explore these with you.
Facilitation - of important meetings or workshops.
Conferencing - speaking, chairing or facilitating.
